REQUIREMENTS:
- Friendly, courteous, and professional demeanor;
- Excellent communication skills, including handling incoming and outgoing calls;
- Experience in welcoming and assisting guests, providing exceptional service;
- Ability to create a warm, inviting, and hospitable environment;
- Willingness to engage in continuous learning through training programs, workshops, and masterclasses.
ADDITIONAL QUALIFICATION:
- Knowledge of alcoholic beverages;
- Proficiency in cocktail preparation and familiarity with classic mixology;
- At least one year of bartending experience;
- Punctuality and adherence to internal regulations and company policies.
