CONSENT TO THE PROCESSING OF PERSONAL DATA OF A TIMELESS LOYALTY PROGRAM PARTICIPANT

I, the data subject, acting pursuant to Federal Law No. 152-FZ “On Personal Data” dated July 27, 2006, freely, of my own will and in my own interests, specifically, knowingly, consciously, and unambiguously, hereby give my consent to the processing of my personal data by:

hereinafter referred to as the “Operator.”

1. Purposes of Personal Data Processing

The purposes of processing personal data are registration, authorization in the loyalty program, and use of the privileges provided under the loyalty program.

The sending of advertising and marketing communications is not a purpose of this Consent and shall only be carried out where the data subject has provided separate consent thereto.

2. Personal Data Covered by this Consent

This Consent is given for the processing of the following personal data:

surname;
first name;
mobile phone number;
email address;
date of birth;
gender.

3. Actions Performed with Personal Data

With respect to the above personal data, the Operator is entitled to perform the following actions:

collection, recording, systematization, accumulation, storage, clarification (updating, modification), retrieval, use, granting access to, transfer to persons engaged by the Operator to process personal data, anonymization, blocking, deletion, and destruction of personal data.

4. Information Systems and Persons Involved in the Processing of Personal Data

For the purposes of ensuring the operation of the loyalty program, the Operator uses third-party information systems and services, including:

The processing and transfer of personal data to the above persons shall be carried out to the extent necessary to achieve the respective purposes and in compliance with the requirements of the legislation of the Russian Federation on personal data.

5. Period of Personal Data Processing

Personal data shall be processed for the duration of the individual’s participation in the loyalty program, until the user deletes their account or withdraws their consent to the processing of personal data.

6. Withdrawal of Consent

This Consent may be withdrawn by the data subject by sending a corresponding request to the Operator at the following email address: welcome@timeless.club, or by any other means provided by the Operator.

Upon withdrawal of consent, the Operator shall cease processing the personal data and destroy such data in the cases and within the time limits established by the legislation of the Russian Federation, except where the Operator is entitled to continue processing the personal data without the data subject’s consent on another lawful basis.

Withdrawal of consent to receive advertising and marketing communications shall be carried out separately and shall not, in itself, constitute termination of participation in the TIMELESS loyalty program.
