The purposes of processing personal data are sending informational and other communications, including advertising communications, via the Internet.

Messages may be sent via:

- push notifications;
- messengers.

For the purposes specified above, the following personal data may be processed:

- information regarding the availability and status of participation in the loyalty program;

Under this Consent, the following actions may be performed with personal data: collection, recording, systematization, accumulation, storage, clarification, retrieval, use, segmentation, transfer to persons responsible for sending communications, granting access to, blocking, deletion, and destruction of personal data.

- using any other available method provided by TIMELESS.
Upon receipt of the opt-out request, advertising and marketing communications via the relevant channel shall be discontinued.
Opting out of advertising and marketing communications does not terminate participation in the TIMELESS loyalty program and does not prevent the sending of service communications necessary for the operation of the loyalty program, the electronic loyalty card, transaction confirmations, or security purposes.
