Terms & Conditions
1. General Provisions
1.1 The “TIMELESS” Loyalty Programme (“Programme”) is operated by High End Timeless Lounge and Café LLC, Trade Licence No. 796935, TRN 100545709600003, with its principal place of business at G13, Meera Tower, Al Habtoor City, Business Bay, Dubai, UAE (“Business”, “we”, “us”).
1.2 Participation requires activation of a Digital Loyalty Card stored in Apple Wallet (iOS) or Passes Wallet (Android). Functionality in other wallets is not guaranteed.
1.3 Eligibility is limited to natural persons aged 21 years or older with a verified mobile number or email address.
1.4 Registration method: online at https://form.passquare.com/0f2fed1d-498d-4508-bde1-d803c1469a22 by submitting the registration form and confirming via verification code.

2. Programme Participation
2.1 Members earn benefits under this Programme when making eligible purchases at Business in Dubai.
2.2 Members may redeem benefits during checkout by presenting their Loyalty Card.
2.3 Benefits are personal, non-transferable, and can only be used by the registered Member.
2.4 Discounts and Points may only be earned and redeemed in the country of issuance, and cannot be transferred, combined, or used across different countries.
3. Discounts
3.1 The Programme is primarily based on tiered discounts determined by cumulative spend at Business in Dubai:
- 0% — upon activation of the Loyalty Card;
- 3% — after cumulative spend of AED 10,000;
- 5% — after cumulative spend of AED 20,000;
- 7% — after cumulative spend of AED 50,000;
- 10% — after cumulative spend of AED 100,000.
3.2 Discounts apply automatically at checkout to eligible items.
3.3 The discount percentage is calculated on the net invoice amount (excluding VAT, service charges, restricted items).
3.4 Tier status is reviewed on a rolling 12-month basis. If cumulative spend falls below the required threshold, the discount may be downgraded.
4. Points
4.1 At its sole discretion, the Business may award loyalty points in addition to tier discounts.
4.2 Points are a promotional bonus and are not guaranteed to be awarded on every transaction.
4.3 Unless otherwise announced, the standard rate is: 1 point for each AED 1 of eligible spend.
4.4 Points may be redeemed at the rate of 1 point = AED 1 against eligible purchases.
4.5 Redemption rules:
- Points may be used to pay up to 100% of the value of eligible items;
- VAT is applied on the net amount after redemption;
- Points cannot be exchanged for cash, transferred, or sold;
- Points expire after 12 months unless a shorter promotional period is stated.
4.6 The Business may, at any time and without prior notice, suspend, change, or cancel the accrual of Points.
5. Priority of Benefits
5.1 Discounts apply to specific items only and not to the total checkout amount, unless expressly stated otherwise.
5.2 For each item, if multiple item-level discounts are available, only one will apply — whichever provides the greater reduction of that item’s price. Item-level discounts do not stack.
5.3 Points may then be redeemed to reduce the remaining balance payable.
6. Returns & Adjustments
6.1 Returns are handled in line with UAE Consumer Protection Law. Points or discounts applied on returned purchases will be reversed.
6.2 Erroneous or fraudulent Benefits may be adjusted with written notice.
7. Communications
7.1 Members may receive service communications (account, security, expiry reminders).
7.2 Marketing communications (email, SMS, push) require explicit opt-in consent and may be withdrawn at any time.
7.3 We comply with TDRA anti-spam regulations and maintain auditable consent records.
8. Data Protection (PDPL Compliance)
8.1 The Business is the Data Controller. We process your data to operate the Programme (contractual necessity), to prevent fraud (legitimate interest), and for marketing (consent).
8.2 You have rights under UAE Federal Decree-Law No. 45/2021 (access, correction, deletion, withdrawal of consent, portability).
8.3 Cross-border data transfers (e.g., hosting) may occur with safeguards permitted by law.

9. Amendments and Termination
9.1 We may update these Terms for legal or operational reasons by notifying on the day the changes take effect.
9.2 Upon termination of the Programme, Members will have 10 days to redeem remaining Points or discounts, subject to applicable law.
10. Complaints & Governing Law
10.1 For complaints, contact welcome_dubai@timeless.club. We aim to respond within 15 working days.
10.2 These Terms are governed by the laws of the UAE. Disputes fall within the jurisdiction of the Dubai Courts.
10.3 These Terms are published in Arabic and English. In case of discrepancy, the Arabic version prevails.
