Every September, we get to work on updating most of the menu.

That’s why all summer we’ve been creating new conceptual hookahs for you, experimenting with flavor combinations of cocktails, selecting wines from all over the world, and inviting chefs and pâtissiers to renew appetizers and desserts.

Our goal is to make your experience as delicious as it is visually stunning.

 

SPECIAL

MONOCHROME

What can a fire extinguisher, a jar of olives, and a fireplace have in common? The answer is they’re all our latest signature hookahs!

MONOCHROME — A chrome fire extinguisher, handcrafted to hold the flavor of blueberries, flowers, root beer, and bourbon.

FIREPLACE

A hookah that looks like a miniature electric fireplace made of glass and metal. It will give you the taste of red merlot, cigars, hibiscus, and pomegranate juice.

OLIVIA

A hookah shaped like a giant jar of olives. It’s the perfect way to add a touch of luxury to any dinner with its unique mix of lime, basil, mint, olives, and cucumber. Comes with a free original Dry Martini.

BAMBOO

Another special on—'BAMBOO'. It’s made in the Chinese style from wood, glass, and bamboo. Every hookah we sell helps to support the red panda Zane from the Moscow zoo. The melon bowl is flavoured with Yubari, sake, jasmine, yuzu, and blue agave.

If you were one of the people who loved the lemon basket SUMMER BAZAAR from the summer specials, you’ll be pleased to hear that it’s moving to the main menu.

We’ve also diversified the wine list and spirits and introduced new positions of lemonades and signature teas.

 

FOOD

We’ve got new appetizers and desserts for you to try, which will be the perfect addition to your stay.

Sandwiches have been replaced by delicate croissants with turkey in a special sauce and tomato and mozzarella in pesto sauce.

If you’re looking for a light yet elegant appetizer, go for the chicken pâté with berry confit, salmon gravlax with stracciatella, or red caviar with cottage cheese. Mini eclairs with salmon, duck, and tongue are also great options.
