We absolutely love fall! It’s the time of year when we update our menu, and we’re thrilled to share the results of our summer-long experimentation and selection process. We’ve been carefully crafting flavor combinations and perfecting the balance of each dish. We genuinely care about your experience, and we hope that you enjoy the new offerings and presentation.

HOOKAH
This season, our signature positions draw inspiration from fashion trends and a retro vibe. A handbag, a TV, a blender, a bottle of perfume—our brand chef can turn just about anything into a unique hookah.
GARDERIA
A hookah with a base shaped like a bag from the famous fashion house Louis Vuitton. It is decorated with a beautiful composition of dried flowers. The bowl has a mix of field herbs, peonies, vanilla, pear, and hibiscus.

GARNET
A berry hookah that embodies retrofuturism. Its elegant juicer body is adorned with a fresh berry composition. The bowl of a pomegranate contains an aroma of pomegranate juice, strawberries, lychee, and sorrel.

VALENTINO
A brutal hookah stylized as a bottle of Valentino perfume. The bowl has an extravagant aroma of jasmine tea, bergamot, black currant, and vanilla.

KINESCOPE
An interactive hookah designed to look like a vintage TV set. The aroma of garden raspberries, condensed milk, and doughnuts in powdered sugar fills the bowl.

TIMELESS
A collectible Bearbrick in the signature TIMELESS colors, which has already become our trademark. We’ve kept its appearance and flavor of cola with lemon and herbal liqueur but have added a touch of homely coziness.

COCKTAIL LIST
The new TIMELESS cocktail list is defined by its balance, brightness, unexpected variations on the classics, and wow pitches. We’ve added a Creative category, highlighting cocktails with bright and unusual presentations.

APPETIZERS AND DESSERTS
Our goal is for you to not only enjoy the incredible taste but also satisfy your appetite! That’s why we’ve added hot items to our appetizers and desserts: delicate lasagna with turkey and basil and potato croquettes with parmesan and truffle sauce.

There are new cold appetizers that are sure to please even the pickiest gourmets and those who prefer the classics. We’ve got red caviar on a bun with whipped butter, seafood with ponzu sauce, nuts in a glaze of liquor and spices, and dried salmon in a dong-unagi glaze.

We’ve replaced the tomato croissant with a new delicate croissant with salmon, cranberries, and Nordic sauce.

Finally, we simply can’t leave you without giving you the sweet treat you deserve! This season’s desserts include honeydew with creamy ganache, delicate eclairs, and the legendary San Sebastian cheesecake in a new version, which you’ve been asking us to bring back to the menu.
